Should you get a 503 message it is because the Learning Record Service momentarily lost contact, simply click go back and this will clear.
All open answer tasks ( Q&A or Discuss activity. Tasks and the Full Test) are not marked or recorded on the system they require teacher marking and recording in the teacher’s normal physical markbook. The system will show these answers as incorrect because they have not yet been marked.
note: the tincan and Xapi record refers to the technology used to record your student’s progress in each Lesson Box unit. This includes time spent, scores recorded, actual answers submitted, pages visited or amount of the content visited. In addition users will have had the opportunity to send recorded answers, test or quiz results directly to a chosen email address.

User has similar information to that found on the previous group reports but includes analysis of time spent
For the Tin Can report you should filter down as much as possible then click  search this will then bring up your data. This is very detailed down to the page visits and individual answers. Click the green radio button to drill down to further detail
The Xapi Quiz result will show details of the keywords check, tasks, Q&A or discuss activity quiz and test. It is best to select a user before searching this file.
